Delivery Policy

Digital Fulfilment

SimTuneAI is a digital-only software product. We do not manufacture, package, or ship any physical goods. Upon purchasing a SimTuneAI Pro licence, your delivery will be handled electronically.

Delivery Time and Process

Our licence generation process is fully automated. When your payment is successfully processed through our checkout, our systems securely generate your unique, cryptographic licence key.

  • Instant Access: In most cases, your licence key will be delivered instantly to the email address provided during checkout.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a standard order confirmation email, followed immediately by an email containing your Pro licence key and activation instructions.

  • App Integration: Once you input your key into the SimTuneAI desktop application, your software will automatically authenticate with our database and unlock all Pro features, including the removal of the paywall overlay.

Missing or Delayed Delivery

Because delivery relies on automated emails, there are rare occasions where your key might not appear in your primary inbox immediately. If you have not received your licence key within 10 minutes of purchase, please check:

  • Your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

  • That the email address entered at checkout was spelled correctly.

International Delivery

As a digital download, SimTuneAI is available globally. There are no geographical shipping restrictions, customs fees, or import duties associated with the delivery of your licence key.
